FAQs about hoolah!

As many of you may know, we just added another payment option by hoolah that will give you a cheaper price on the initial purchase of our items! Some of you may not have heard of hoolah and wonder, "What is hoolah?", "What does it do?" and so on. If you would like to know the basic info on hoolah, you can check out our other blog post here!
We have received lots of DMs from you girls asking us a few things about hoolah and we would like to share with you the most frequently asked questions about the payment gateway and how it helps users like you to buy more and pay less!
FAQ #1: Can I request for a refund?
Yes, you can. With Hoolah, there are two types of refunds that you can request, partial refunds and full refunds.
Partial refunds
Once Ryada has initiated the Partial Refund, Hoolah will process the refund amount accordingly.
For Partial Refund, the amount will be used to offset your next installments repayment. Unless you do not have any outstanding installments in your account, the amount will then be refunded back into your card (credit) or bank account (debit).
Typically, the whole process will take three to five business days for the amount to be reflected in your card (credit) or bank account (debit).
Full refunds
Once Ryada has initiated the Full Refund, Hoolah will process the refund amount back to your card (credit) or bank account (debit) which you had initially used.
For Full Refund, the amount will be refunded back to your card (credit) or bank account (debit) directly.
Typically, the whole process will take three to five business days for the amount to be reflected in your card (credit) or bank account (debit).
FAQ #2: What happens if my automated payment has failed?
Hoolah will send you a notification informing you that an automatic payment has failed (similar to the email snapshot below)
In most cases, it is due to an expired card or insufficient funds in the account. If this happens, add the appropriate funds to the card or add a new card via the consumer portal to ensure that the next time we attempt to charge, it will be successful. (Yes, you will need to create an account on Hoolah)
If you have any issues adding a new card please reach out to Hoolah at customer.support@hoolah.co, and they will assist the best way they can.
FAQ #3: Do I really need to create a Hoolah account as a customer?
Yes, you do. But only if you are a first timer. hoolah is a third-party app that enables you to purchase items for less and pay later from websites that enables hoolah payment gateways. So, it does not only apply to just our website here in Ryada! After the initial checkout, our website will redirect you to hoolah's website to create an account with hoolah so that you can save your credit/debit card info for easier purchasing in the future! (It will look like the one in the screenshot below)
